SSI CCR XR Wreck Diver Course Malta

The SSI CCR XR Wreck Diver course in Malta is the Extended Range Wreck programme conducted on Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR). It’s designed for certified CCR divers who want to develop wreck-focused extended range skills using CCR procedures and equipment.

This course follows the XR Wreck training pathway, but includes additional CCR-specific preparation to ensure your unit setup, buoyancy control, and bailout procedures are dialled-in before entering open water training.

Training Structure

This CCR XR Wreck programme includes:

• 1 confined water training dive

• 4 open water training dives

What’s Included

• Training with an SSI XR CCR Instructor

• CCR-focused wreck skills coaching

• Use of CCR equipment as per your training setup (confirm with us if equipment hire applies)

• Certification processing (as per Dive Systems course inclusion standards)

Not Included

• Helium / Trimix costs, if the planned dives require helium-based gases and the diver is qualified to use them

• Personal dive equipment and any additional dive supplements, where applicable
