Discover Tec Diving (single dive)

Get a taste of Tec diving through a Discover Tec diving session which includes tuition, equipment and underwater training by an experienced Tec instructor.

If you have been wondering what all the technical equipment and jargon are all about, then this short course is for you!

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

Learn what wearing Tec equipment feels like and how more stable you are underwater while wearing it. Find out what it’s like to be in Tec gear underwater and learn some basic skills and safety rules that will carry over to your Tec certification course when you take the next step. The course covers dive briefings, equipment use, and dive 1, which is around 60 minutes in shallow confined water (max 10m) while completing some basic skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Be a PADI Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification from another organization)
Have a minimum of 10 logged dives
At least 18 years old

PRICE INCLUDES

All equipment, instructor, land transport to dive sites and certification card

Logbook, other dive supplements

If you are interested in Tec diving, you could take the Tec 40 or TDI Advanced Nitrox course instead, which will give you a permanent certification and allow you to build your experience towards Tec 45 and Tec 50 or TDI Decompression Procedures
