With the guidance of an SSI Professional, you’ll explore the underwater world at depths of up to 12 meters, practicing key diving techniques and immersing yourself in breathtaking marine environments. Whether you’re diving over a historical wreck or in a marine reserve, this full-day adventure offers an unforgettable introduction to scuba diving.

What to Expect

During your SSI Basic Diver Full Day experience, you will:

Learn & Practice Essential Skills – Begin with an underwater skills session, where you’ll refine the basics of buoyancy control, mask clearing, and regulator recovery.
Enjoy Two Open Water Dives – Explore deeper waters up to 12m, with one dive in a stunning marine environment, possibly a wreck or marine reserve (weather permitting).
Gain Confidence & Experience – With twice the dive time of a standard Basic Diver session, you’ll have more opportunity to build skills, control buoyancy, and enjoy the marine life.

Pathway to Certification

The SSI Basic Diver Full Day program is not a certification course, but it can be credited towards the SSI Scuba Diver or SSI Open Water Diver programs within six months. If you’re considering becoming a certified diver, this is an excellent way to experience what it’s like before committing to a full course.
