Dive Deeper with SSI Basic Diver Experience
Take your diving adventure to the next level with the SSI Basic Diver experience. Designed for those who have enjoyed the Try Scuba session or want to enjoy the full diving experience, this program allows you to dive up to 12 meters deep under the guidance of an SSI Professional.

In this experience, you’ll build on the basic skills learned in Try Scuba. You’ll dive deeper and practice essential diving techniques, all while enjoying the beauty of marine life. This session provides a more immersive experience, allowing you to explore the underwater world like never before.
Pathway to Certification
While the Basic Diver experience is not a certification, it can be credited towards the SSI Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver programs within six months. It’s an excellent stepping stone for those looking to continue their diving journey and achieve full certification.

What Do You Need to Bring?
Bring a towel, water, a swimming suit, and a change of dry clothing for after-diving.
You Might Consider
If you know you love diving and want a permanent certification, you can take the course to become an SSI Scuba Diver in 2 days or take the full SSI Open Water course in 3 days.
Please Note:
After diving you should leave a minimum of 12 hours before your flight. Also, please check out the medical questionnaire, if you answer “YES” to any of the questions, you’ll need to bring a medical certificate from a doctor.
Make a day of it – Our FULL-DAY Basic Diver Experience includes underwater skills training and 2 open-water dives, one of which could be in a marine reserve or on a historical wreck. (depends on weather and local conditions on the day)
