For your safety, all PADI students must complete a medical statement prior to commencing a course. If none of the listed conditions apply, you sign the form and are ready to start.

If any conditions affect you, as a safety precaution, a physician must examine you and sign a medical form that confirming you are fit to dive, dated within the last 12 months. You must bring this form with you to the dive center before you start diving.

All professional courses require a special medical from a diving doctor. Contact us for details when signing up for any professional-level course.
